Review: The Langham’s Tale of Mr Rabbit Afternoon Tea

If you’re looking for a super special treat these April school holidays you need to hop along to The Langham’s Tale of Mr Rabbit Afternoon Tea (in partnership with Wedgwood). Aside from the delicious delights, Mums can enjoy a glass of bubbly! We experienced the afternoon feast today and it didn’t disappoint.

The range of sweet items on the menu included carrot and ginger edible garden beds, golden egg bonbons, hot cross bun macaroons, mandarin and white chocolate eggs, Mr Rabbit tartlets, and more. These were accompanied by carrot cake and vanilla scones with jam and cream (our all time favourite!).

Savoury items include tuna, crème fraîche and caviar tartlets, beef and potato miniature pies, mushroom and gruyere cheese puffs and kingfish tartare, and lime and coriander charcoal cones. These were served with The Langham’s signature finger sandwiches filled with a choice of chicken tarragon and spinach, or curried egg and rocket. There is a selection of tea or barista coffee and optional hot chocolate with marshmallows for the kiddies.

Mum and Dads receive a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival, along with an Easter gift for all and colouring activities. We also had a fun time with Mr Rabbit himself during our afternoon.

Seating is from 12:00pm to 2:30pm, or 3:00pm to 5:30pm.

Bookings are available on all Saturdays and Sundays from 13thApril – 28thApril - excluding Easter Sunday.

Children aged 4 -12 dine for $45.00 and adults, for $95.00.

VERDICT: Hop to it so you don’t miss out
