Review: Sol Spa Vaucluse

Need to plan your post school holiday pampering session? We all need to relax and reset after the craziness of two weeks straight. And we’ve found a little hidden gem in the form of Sol Spa, within The Botanica Vaucluse.

As you enter the soft pink surrounds, lush planting and a HUGE rose quartz water feature there is an instant sense of calm. You begin to forgot the mountains of washing, whining and ‘what’s for dinner?’ worries behind.

My lovely therapist Pim had the most gently touch during my Signature Rose Quartz Facial. Targeting firmness, lines and wrinkles (and there are many – maybe an extra acquired this month alone), she used active ingredients with an infusion of pure rose oils, crushed quartz and crystal essences. Lying on a toasty warm bed I drifted off to sleep multiple times which was pure heaven for this sleep deprived Mum.

Post treatment I sat in the tranquil lounge area and drank the most delicious cold ice tea – which in fact was Imbime collegen – to promote skin glow from within.

The treatments available are endless – from massage, ancient healing to the most indulgent packages for you and your girlfriends to forget about the kids for multiple hours. They also cater for pregnant Mums too.

VERDICT: Find your inner glow right here
