Position Overview - Part Time (20-30 hours p/week)

We are looking for a tech savvy individual to provide high-level customer service over the phone and act as first point of contact for incoming and outgoing sales enquiries.

About the role

Act as the first line of contact providing high-level customer service on every call via our inbound call system

Following up enquiries received through our website and complete outbound sales calls

Actively listen to and assist our customers with their moving requirements

Manage customer interface client through various internal sources including email, SMS etc.

Meet position KPI’s including:

Timely follow up of enquiries

Incoming enquires processing time

About you…. We are flexible, looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and is professional with their approach to work and delivering great service and results.

Great written and verbal communication

System (IT) savvy

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping a ball
