We are looking for an experienced administrator to work “school hours”, 9.30am-3pm, Monday to Friday at our business in Matraville.

The role is varied, working with a great bunch of guys and parking is available.

We are about to become part of the largest heavy vehicle smash repair group in Australia, Royans Truck & Trailer Repairs, and we will be their 9th site in Australia with over 300 staff nationwide. Start date: late July.

Administrator Job Description

 

Support management staff with administration & correspondence

Liaising with insurance companies to sort out tricky claims

Managing all WHS matters & documentation including setting up quarterly meetings & running the meetings

Keep track of staff licences – drivers/forklift/traffic control

Entering supplier invoices sending monthly statements to clients, chase up outstanding supplier credits/invoices.

Chasing clients & insurance companies for payment of invoices (mostly insurance companies)

Balance Job Costing & Work in Progress

Reconciling Petty Cash Float

Office banking (we don’t get many cheques)

Liaising with Royans Accounting team

Sending out marketing material to potential customers

Organising insurance for all company vehicles

Team events coordination

Filing of all documents

Greeting customers and answer phones

Accept deliveries

Opening mail & distribution

Keeping the office in order, wash up, wash tea towels etc.

Ordering stationery & shopping for staff amenities

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 3pm

 

Skills/experience required: experience managing an office is ideal or at least 5 years’ administration experience, professional telephone manner, good computer skills, attention to detail
